Team Night – Indoor Threshold Ride

We will have our next indoor team training session on Tuesday October 5th at 5:45 at the Burbank YMCA in Reading. Eileen Flaherty will lead us through a Lactate Threshold ride. Please let me know if you can join us. The next sessions will be: Friday, November 5th and Friday, December 10th.

Stage5 Team Climbing Clinic at Pass Monadnock

We are heading out for some climbing tomorrow. The climbs are not super steep, but long enough to allow us to focus on technique. The day will start at 8am with a short climb to open up the legs. After some downhill to recover, we will hit the 10-mile climb and settle in.

Here is a look at the 42-mile route:

Biomechanics Clinic

Our Biomechanics Clinic will be on May 7th from 6:00-8:00pm at:

77 Scotland Road
Reading, MA

(Kristen Gohr’s House)

Our team coach, Tom Scotto, will go over pedal stroke technique, muscle engagement, proper form and teach us all how to save some energy on the bike.

Please bring your bike, trainer, your team kit and a smile as we will have individual photos and hopefully a team photo.

Please let Kristen know if you will be joining us.
