Why Train Indoors?

There are many advantages to training indoors. There is the obvious escape of the elements. Those of us who live through brutal winters need not be convinced.

Weather aside, our indoor programs are exceptional because they are true coaching sessions. Each program is limited to 4-8 riders and is led by a certified cycling coach. In a small group, minus the distractions of the outdoors, your coach can help you pinpoint specific areas to stress and how to take advantage of your strengths.

Each session is 60-minutes long and meets once a week (usually on the same day/time). At the end of each week you will be asked to submit a training log to be reviewed by your coach. This will help your coach continually refine your training for each session.

Our indoor programs are held in local health clubs and fitness centers equiped with an indoor cycling studio.

Stage5 Cycling coaching programs offer you the best coaching options for any time of the year. Each small group coaching program is designed to provide the perfect level of skill, training and intensity to target your fitness and performance goals – on and off the road.


BASE Conditioning >

Indoor Coaching Sessions designed to build a solid aerobic base, develop cycling-specific skills and techniques and experience the power of periodization training.


BUILD Training >

Indoor Coaching Sessions designed to focus on developing the key disciplines of cycling fitness: sprinting, climbing, intervals and recovery.


PEAK Conditioning >

Indoor Coaching Sessions designed to push you to the limit. These sessions focus on explosive power, steep climbs, riding your threshold and concludes with a intense indoor training race.

Personal Attention

Each class is limited to 4 to 8 riders to allow your coach to provide individual attention. Riders will be asked to complete a fitness survey and so your coach will know each persons goals and how best to guide them through the program.
