The Next Level
After you have achieved a base-level of fitness it is now time to focus on some of the core disciplines of cycling: Sprinting, Climbing, Intervals and Recovery. Your coach will help you develop consistent power and endurance while reinforcing proper cycling form and techniques.
Periodization Focus
The BUILD period is a time where the volume of training is reduced while the intensity is increased and focused. The emphasis will shift to building power, developing anaerobic endurance and increasing muscular endurance. Your Stage5 Cycling coach will help you put these concepts to work in your personal training plan.
Personal Attention
Each coaching session is limited to 4 to 8 riders to allow your Stage5 Cycling coach to provide individual attention. Riders will be asked to complete a fitness survey and heart rate training worksheet so the coach will know each persons goals and how best to guide them through the program.
