The Winning Edge
As you get closer to achieving your long-awaited training goal, it is time to put the finishing touches on your fitness and performance. Your Stage5 Cycling coach will push you to the limit to refine the strength and skills that give you the winning edge.
Periodization Focus
The PEAK period is a time where the volume of training is further reduced while maintaining a high-level of intensity with an emphasis on recovery. The focus of this period is a balance of solid recovery and high intensity workouts that prepare you to tackle your most challenging fitness goal or competition.
Personal Attention
Each coaching session is limited to 4 to 8 riders to allow your Stage5 Cycling coach to provide individual attention. Riders will be asked to complete a fitness survey and heart rate training worksheet so the coach will know each persons goals and how best to guide them through the program.
