Click a workout and open the Quick View or the full Journal to add/edit your workout info.
Set your Heart Rate / Power Zones by clicking My Settings, then click the Heart Rate Zones or Power Zones tab.
Clicking “Save” on Device Agent saves and uploads your workouts to your online account.
